Ronaldo and his partner were amazing. Their efficiency and execution of removing the old bed and putting the new bed in place was very impressive.

The delivery guys were very professional and fast. They definitely deserve a raise for the kind of physically intensive labor and fast turnaround times they do a day.

If we could give a 10 star we would. This whole process from beginning to end was GREAT. Starting with going to the store being greeted by a sales staff which was John H. He was very patient, and knowledgeable as he showed me and my husband a variety of beds. We decided on one and also purchased a platform for it. The service in the store was top class. Our delivery arrived (they had next day delivery) and the delivery guys were very nice and accommodating. They took away the old mattress, box springs and frame and quickly and efficiently set up the new mattress and platform. It was seamless and smooth experience. We are very happy customers.

Sales person was knowledgeable, took the time to show us many combinations and choices. Didn't push or oversell. Explain things in detail. Mr. O'Brien was professional and personable which made the experience comfortable. I would recommend the store and him to family and friends.

Charles, the manager of the San Clemente store, was really great to work with. After hearing what we needed he was able to identify the best alternative mattresses for us and we bought one on the spot. We had not expected to do all of that in one trip. Thank you Charles!
