Amazing Service!!
I was a bit skeptical that the online site would suffice to gain approval for a "residential land disturbance" (AKA clearing) permit in my Virginia county. However, from the get-go, the service was absolutely phenomenal!!! I dealt with a gentleman named Steve. He was amazing, he was super responsive; he made several "timely" modifications to my site plan based off emerging county requirements. At a minimum, I recommend going with the medium package which allows unlimited modifications. The price after bolt on additions (topographic, vicinity Map, pervious calculations, etc.) was still significantly cheaper than hiring a local company. My permit was recently approved, I would highly recommend using this service and I will use it again for future projects, Thanks Steve!!
