We are sorry to hear your experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to provide for our students. The situation involving the clinical facility was an unexpected, isolated occurrence, and it’s not something that typically occurs within our cohorts. Student safety and learning environments are taken seriously, which is why adjustments had to be made during that period. We also understand the added frustration caused by the scheduling changes and the delay in receiving your completion paperwork. While clinical hour adjustments are sometimes necessary to meet state requirements and secure available facility schedules, we understand how inconvenient this experience was for you personally. We want to clarify that our $250 enrollment application fee has always been disclosed upfront and is clearly listed on our website, including its non-refundable nature, before enrollment. You can review our fee structure here: https://sisucare.com/fees Our admissions process also includes digital agreements and acknowledgements that are part of the enrollment procedure. These are legally recognized forms of consent and are used to help students secure placement, scheduling, and onboarding in the program. At no point is a student added into active training without going through the required enrollment steps. We understand that enrollment policies and financial commitments can feel overwhelming, and we encourage all prospective students to review terms carefully and ask questions before enrolling.
