Price is very high. Shipping cost is also very high. Quality is average. The reusable mask did not seal at check valves without adjustments. Filter in reusable mask is adequate but seems thin compared to comparable N95 masks. It is good that Sistemma has Available inventory but Sistemma is charging a high $ premium for that availability.

Thank you! ---- For the researcher trying to heal their body with supportive setups: If you are reading this and researching masks (plus hoses, lubrication, and cleaning techniques), definitely consider switching out to this one to alleviate anxiety. The Fisher And Paykel Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask comes with two nasal pillows to test out the correct size and fit. When testing out your machine with this mask on, you should feel relaxed, and your breathing should be easy. If it's too big or too small, you will feel squeezing or air leakage. Your machine has a setting for nasal pillows to help adjust airflow and tracking. If not, consult the manufacturer of your device or a trusted medical provider to assist with adjustments. For nasal care, you may experience dry nostrils from usage. There are several reasons this might happen: 1. When washing/cleaning your mask/pillows, you may not have removed all of the soap residue, or you may not have removed all of the oil/dirt residue during washing. Make sure to get familiar with your mask material BEFORE your first usage and cleaning, so that you get a sense of its texture, smell, and appearance, this will help with your daily cleaning process. Since you will have a backup nasal pillow (in the size you are not using), keep that handy as a "before state" reference. The lack of good mask hygiene can cause your skin to become compromised. 2. Sometimes a mask fit, airflow, or material contact can be a problem. I recommend 100% Jojoba Oil (no blends or additives). It is safe, relatively inexpensive, easy to find (Amazon, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc.) and works well with this mask's material set. You only need a drop for each application; a bottle will last you years (depending on individual product shelf life). You will want to apply a very light layer of oil just inside the nostrils (only where the mask materials touch) and on the outside of the nose where the materials touch. You will also want to apply a very light layer of oil to the nose pillows of the mask itself to make sure every surface is adequately lubricated. This should reduce friction, dryness, and inflammation. If you are allergic to Jojoba Oil, you may use Petroleum Jelly or Vitamin E Oil; both are much heavier in consistency, so be careful only to use the bare minimum. Some side effects of using too much of any lubricant in this type of application can lead to clogging your windpipe or sinuses. It is otherwise safe if you stick to just a drop. 3. Filtering and hose type. Both the filter and the hose, just like the pressure of airflow, play a significant role in how your body handles the night-long journey. Make sure you are using a quality filter from a verified source. For the hose, a heated hose can make all of the difference in how your nose and your body react. If you have never used a heated hose, I highly recommend the extra few dollars of investment. It will reduce your anxiety and be gentler on your sinuses, throat, and lungs. You may find you wake up feeling calmer and better rested. Always consult a physician, pharmacist, or medical specialist before attempting new things. I hope this helps you.
