I had a great experience with SIS international research. Very easy to schedule my focus group and then once I was there the lady who helped check me in and proctored the taste test was so friendly and explained everything so well. The instructions were given throughout and I felt like my opinions were heard! Would definitely go back

SIS Research made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of participating in research. From the minute you enter the office until your time is over, they are respectful and helpful with answering any questions you may have. Their staff is well-trained to make you feel comfortable and part of the discussion, and therefore making the experiencing extremely pleasant.

It was a very fun discussion about a topic I was learning more about and very interested in . Conversation was very natural and I felt like my opinion mattered!

If you like doing Focus Group’s and making extra money on the side, this company is for you. They are very professional, efficient, and pay well. The surveys are fun and not at all stressful. I was gonna forward to any survey that I get approved for with them.

I participated in a travel research study. The communication beforehand was very clear and concise. We were welcomed with beverages and snacks for while we waited for everyone to arrive. Everything was well organized and flowed seamlessly. Our moderator did a great job curbing the chatty ones and encouraging participation from the shyer ones. Everyone’s opinions were heard. I also appreciated the variety of activities used to glean information. It wasn’t one long boring conversation. Afterwards, you could select an instant deposit to your bank account (for a $5 fee) or receive a visa gift card in the mail. I did the instant deposit and the money was in my account by the time I got home. I highly recommend.

The company has good customer service and provides excellent customer support. I had a great experience working with them and got paid immediately with no hassle. There very professional with great helpful service when joining there company I’m glad to have worked with them.
