We at the Hereford Group in Century City appointed TNJ Movers to move 1100 boxes of client files from The Document Warehouse in JHB to Hereford Group, Century City Cape Town using a super link. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The Team was on time and handled all the boxes with great care and all boxes were stacked accordingly and properly. No damages what so ever and the Team worked hard from 10:00 am to 4pm without a break. Once it was all done they kept the place spotless. We highly recommend TNJ Movers for any corporate, office or documents that needs to be relocated any where in South Africa. Many Thanks TNJ Movers Team.

We began planning our move to Italy in January 2026 for the final move in June 2026. After obtaining quotes from several major moving companies, we were surprised by how expensive they were. While searching for alternatives, we came across Sirelo and requested quotations through their platform. We were contacted by several companies, one of which was JCL Transport Group. Shortly afterward, we received a call from Nick. Following a video survey, he provided us with a quotation. From the very beginning, we developed a great rapport, and the price he quoted was significantly more competitive than those offered by the larger companies. We decided to proceed with JCL Transport Group, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Nick guided us through the entire process, providing all the necessary customs paperwork and supporting us whenever we needed assistance, whether it was discussing the move or completing forms. He never hesitated to help and was always professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Throughout the process, Nick went above and beyond to support us. At times, it felt as though he was part of the family rather than just a moving consultant. We exchanged hundreds of messages, and he always responded promptly and efficiently. We packed everything, and on 2 June 2026, the truck arrived exactly as promised. Loading was completed within two hours, and the journey began. During transit, Nick kept us updated every step of the way, informing us when the truck entered the EU, cleared the first customs checkpoint after four days of travel, and finally when it was cleared by Italian customs. Nick reassured us that, provided all documentation was in order, there would be no issues importing our belongings duty-free under the Transfer of Residence scheme. His advice and expertise gave us great confidence throughout the process. On 6 June 2026, our belongings arrived safely in Italy. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend JCL Transport Group to anyone planning a move to the EU. Nick is a tremendous asset to JCL Transport Group and plays a significant role in the company's success. His dedication, professionalism, and customer-focused approach deserve recognition. We wish him all the very best for the future and encourage him to continue the outstanding work he does. Thank you, Nick, and thank you, JCL Transport Group, for making our international move such a smooth and stress-free experience.
