We at the Hereford Group in Century City appointed TNJ Movers to move 1100 boxes of client files from The Document Warehouse in JHB to Hereford Group, Century City Cape Town using a super link. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The Team was on time and handled all the boxes with great care and all boxes were stacked accordingly and properly. No damages what so ever and the Team worked hard from 10:00 am to 4pm without a break. Once it was all done they kept the place spotless. While searching for alternatives, we came across Sirelo and requested quotations through their platform. We were contacted by several companies, one of which was JCL Transport Group. Shortly afterward, we received a call from Nick. Following a video survey, he provided us with a quotation. From the very beginning, we developed a great rapport, and the price he quoted was significantly more competitive than those offered by the larger companies. We decided to proceed with JCL Transport Group, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Nick guided us through the entire process, providing all the necessary customs paperwork and supporting us whenever we needed assistance, whether it was discussing the move or completing forms. He never hesitated to help and was always professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Throughout the process, Nick went above and beyond to support us. At times, it felt as though he was part of the family rather than just a moving consultant. We exchanged hundreds of messages, and he always responded promptly and efficiently. We packed everything, and on 2 June 2026, the truck arrived exactly as promised. Loading was completed within two hours, and the journey began. During transit, Nick kept us updated every step of the way, informing us when the truck entered the EU, cleared the first customs checkpoint after four days of travel, and finally when it was cleared by Italian customs. Nick reassured us that, provided all documentation was in order, there would be no issues importing our belongings duty-free under the Transfer of Residence scheme. His advice and expertise gave us great confidence throughout the process. On 6 June 2026, our belongings arrived safely in Italy. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend JCL Transport Group to anyone planning a move to the EU. They only publish positive reviews, negative are being removed after the reviewing company request. They work ONLY for shipping companies, not customers looking for reliable shipper or mover. I posted my negative review of the BlueMove company; they removed it at first, when I reposted, they were not even publishing it anymore. The site SHOULD be ignored and closed.

its a paid review platform, i was trying to put a review for a company and they are not allowing me to put it, asked invoice and other details which provided but still not approving, later got ot know that that moving company not taking leads from these guys so they wont allow. Not at all professional

Contracted a movers through sirelo and they turned out to be a scam, i looked at all the quotes they provided for me and it turns out they just passed my details onto a bunch of third rate scam companies. Ive now had all my savings and belongings taken and im sleeping on the floor with my children

the company promises an online moving quote. All that happens is that you waste your time giving them a load of your personal data and then get emails from 5 firms that ask you for more personal data
