Hi David, Tony here in Marketing. I can understand your frustration on mobile app connectivity, I too personally suffer from some dropped connections. It is very much a known bug and we're fixing it (I promise!!). In the meantime there are a few things you can do to improve connectivity (like shutting off bluetooth). Are you on iPhone or Android? Hi Gary, Tony here in Marketing. I am always looking for feedback like this so I can do a better job with product positioning. We're lucky to have hundreds if not thousands of raving fans posting on social media and Youtube about how they use the device and the conditions where it performs very well and/or poorly. Hi Chris, I am so sorry to hear this. I can assure you this is exactly not what we want to provide for a customers first online experience. Our online store is built on top of Shopify, which we found to be incredibly user friendly, but we obviously failed here and I am sorry for that. I am going to personally make sure this is updated and permanently fixed this morning so you can be assured that your order is all set. I will also personally followup with you directly.
