Hi Carrie, We're sorry about your recent purchase experience. We have many programs in place to prevent fraudulent activity. Sometimes the system gets confused when you have a different billing address from your shipping address. Our refurbished units went quickly because we had a VERY limited amount of stock at a very attractive price point.
