Everything was great, just took me a little time to navigate the website to get the manual for the Synex. Still testing it out so the jury is still out on that there’s so many features. Just have to see how they all work and if they are the quality that I expect

Honestly I had an much better expectations on my aurora pro explorer package. The camera quality overall is 7/10. The accessories included are 8/10 the battery and chargers quality unfortunately I can’t make comments. 👎🏻 The customer service are very helpful and fast to get a response. The memory card included in my aurora pro explorer should be at least 64gb instead 32gb only. The charger should had come with fast charger option. Takes a while to charge one battery and the battery won’t last much longer.

It’s ok, but for the price you pay, it should’ve came with lens caps. Battery life is terrible.

This is what I have been looking for for sometime. Prefect for my night time sky gazing!! Great pictures and videos. Would recommend the Sionxy Pro. The only reason not 5 stars is there was no instruction manual enclosed for money you would think there would be one. No problem found one at the website and proceeded

The purchased part of the transaction went without incident. The reason I gave one 4 stars is because the finance part of the transaction took two days to complete because of erroneous errors being shown, declining my financing. The app finally pushed everything through but again, it took me trying for two days before the errors finally went away letting me complete the transaction.

I ordered an Aurora Pro (with the free Illuminator) on Sunday, 3 October during the Flash Sale in October of 2021. It was shipped via FedEx on Wednesday, 6 October. I have not received it yet, but I am very impressed with the order processing speed. FedEx has a delivery date of 12 October. I look forward to receiving it and seeing what the Pro can do. As this is my first decent night vision device - digital or otherwise, I am pretty excited.
