With 1 Phone call Sionyx was On It! They went into Action real quick! Bill was All over it, calling me back shortly after I left a message and making sure my Aurora Pro/Night Vision needs were met! Thank so very much Sionyx Team! AL G.

I use your camera constantly and as an important part of my private investigator business. Customer Service wanted me to return my camera in spite of it just needing a .25 plastic part. I was a little scared and disappointed that I had to send the camera back when I could’ve easily fixed it myself with the correct part. I just didn’t want to be without the camera for an extended time. I sent the camera 2 day UPS and insured it for $800. Sionyx replaced my camera, and threw in two batteries, and a charger cord. They sent it back and it was in my hands within five days (two of which were Saturday and Sunday) from when I dropped it off at UPS. All in all the experience was great and worked out fine. I do wish Sionyx would keep some simple parts on hand, but this worked out great. I use this camera constantly and it’s a great camera and clients love my video work product. In fact I’m going to be adding a Sinoyx Pro to my stable of cameras and I have no concern that Sionyx will support their cameras and customers. In my business, time truly is money, and I’m very pleased that Sionyx understands this and works hard to met customer requirements. I’m looking forward to my new Sionyx Pro in the near future. A special thank you to Bill (head of customer service) for taking the effort and extra time to support my needs. Tim Schmidt

Hey Tim, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so sorry about your recent service experience. We want to make your experience MUCH better. We have a small team, but we are doing our best to tend to each inquiry/request to the best of our abilities. We often request that users ship their units to HQ for repair/part replacement so that our team can properly examine your Aurora. Apologies if this caused any delay in your professional work. We're happy to assist if you still need additional service help! Please don't hesitate to reach out to my email anytime at [email protected] and I can help out. You invested in us, so we want to invest in your satisfaction! Warm regards, Justin SIONYX Team

Great product especially for the price point. With the IR illuminator it practically turns day to night. My only complaint is the illuminator washes out the background at about 50yds. Other than that it’s worth every penny.

I placed my order for the Aurora Black... mistakenly. I fumbled around and ask Bill in support if he could change my order and upgrade to the Aurora, which was what I initially wanted, my mistake when I ordered BTW. He handled my request right away seamlessly without hesitation. Awesome CS... Cant wait for my device! DC
