I would give zero if I could STAY AWAY. Products are terrible and their service matches that. Tried to cancel a minutes after ordering and they said no. The products are AWFUL quality, tried to return and they said NO. They are sassy in their reply and just horrible to work with.

I received this subscription for about 2 years and wish that I had never renewed. They send constant, and I mean CONSTANT repeat items! I've received the same book, apparel items, jewelry, etc sometimes 3 times. Who needs 3 of the same books? Save your $ on this one or at the very least choose a different subscription. Also, their Paradise Delivered box is no better.

This was just supposed to be a fun subscription box. And it was. Until I tried to cancel. That wasn't an option - even after repeated tries. And: So, so much worse, I cannot remove my credit card from their site. If you're thinking of a subscription let me repeat this: You cannot remove your card from their site. They can charge you as much as they want, they can re-up your subscription, and you cannot do anything about it. What are the damages so far? They renewed my subscription and charged me $489, even though my subscription is listed as cancelled. Worse - the boxes stopped coming regularly. It's now an average $80 per box, with no end in sight. The boxes were cute, y'all. I just wanted to give myself a little treat. Joke's on me. Learn from my experience. Don't let the joke be on you.

This company you're an absolute disaster. I ordered from them after seeing quite a fair amount of videos online regarding their boxes and then proceeded to do more research into them as far as I can see, it seemed like they were a decent company. Apart from their subscription boxes seemed overly expensive for what you got, however, their one-off boxes seemed to be much better. So after quite a considerable amount of research, I proceeded to place an order. I ordered four of they're one-off boxes. Bearing in mind they were traveling to the UK so it wasn't cheap however, worked out well for the amount you received and that I could split it up for gifts and so on. However, 2 weeks I had received no confirmation of anything being shipped. So I sent an email. I literally received a one-line response. It's not packed yet we are doing it this week. At nearly 6 weeks I sent an email again requesting what was going on and tracking information I received. Again a very short one-line response. It's been sent. It takes a long time to get to you with the tracking information. From there, I checked this tracking most days to find out whether it was actually moving anywhere. Eventually I had an attempted delivery but because there was no notification of when this was going to be I was not in to receive it. I eventually received the order today. To say I am fuming is an understatement. Not only were they expensive but they have not fulfilled the order correctly I have two boxes with empty plastic wrappers in and two boxes of exactly the same stuff and a item that is bydegrading and moldy inside. So not only did it take nearly 9 weeks to receive the order they didn't even fulfill it properly so I've not received All of what I've actually ordered. I have yet again sent another email. I am waiting on a response. I would stay well away from this company. The items I have received do not seem worth the price I paid. The customer service is quite frankly shocking. Even though they do get back to you, they don't actually give you a straightforward answer to what you've asked for. Or they completely ignore what you've said and give you a one sentence answer. If you are thinking of purchasing from the UK, please don't waste your money. On a company that has has absolutely no care for its customers.

Horrible. I signed up for a 1 time subscription and they made a fraudulent renewal fee. Then told me there was no way to refund it to me. Even though I immediately contacted the day the charge was made. Scam!

I payed $224 for a 6 month subscription and the last and only box I received was July 30th and I haven’t received a box since. I sent over 5 emails with no actual response. Do not sign up because they are just trying to take your money.

DO NOT SIGN UP! I was charged twice before I ever recieved my first box. My welcoming email assured me that I wouldn't be charged until the following month. That was a lie. I only ever recieved one box despite being charged twice. Contacted the company. No response. It's been over two weeks since I contacted them. Find another subscription box. Update: Still no response from the company but, I did finally receive a second box (things from the same month) so, I will change my rating from one to three stars. Still feel like it is a subscription to stay away from.
