Bunch of cheap products Do not waste your time or money on these boxes!

Such a scam! The colossal box promises $600+ of premium products, I received a box of off brand junk from the dollar store. I literally laughed as I went through the box. I emailed to return and refund but they refused. Please don’t waste your money on this junk.

If there was an option for no stars, I would select it. If you sign up for the monthly boxes you will consistently get duplicates. I reached out to them twice and they denied it, so basically calling their customer a liar. The quality of the products is VERY poor. Cheap, unhealthy if you search the products on the Yuca app.

The box was full of absolute, Dollar Store-grade junk items. Examples: a balsa wood frame with outlines from sewing patterns and the “Simplicity” pattern logo on the bottom — who wants a cheap frame with a sewing company logo? Also, a book by the founder on how he made millions [selling junk to women]. A lip balm made from petroleum. A palette of ORANGE eyeshadows?! There was only one item in the whole thing that was a bona fide brand name… the rest is off-brand junk. They also BLOCKED ME on Facebook the instant I posted a review showing some of the terrible items. Does THAT sound like a company who is proud of what they are selling? Before leaving a public review, I emailed them asking to return the box. They refused, but offered to send me more junk if I wanted. I’m currently working with my bank to get a refund.

Cheap, off brands, poor quality and nothing in the entire 22 piece box (advertised as 24+) that I would’ve ever considered buying for more than $2 max. I wish I could get my $60 back and purchase something I know I love. Lesson learned, the hard way!

Edit: they did reach back out to try and work some out more fair. I will still say this is not the quality box it use to be. This box is horrible. The products are not so great. None of the jewelry or accessories is feminine or in style which is what sets them apart from other boxes. I reached out after the first box and never received a reply until after 4-5 boxes. When they finally did reach out they only gave me a $44.05 refund. I paid close to $300 and had 7 or 8 months left and only received a $44.05 refund. Telling me you can’t cancel would have been way better, I am now feeling way more ripped off than how ripped off I already felt. Now I am super mad because I paid almost the whole entire price for months of a subscription I hated and basically got the rest that’s almost free taken away. I don’t know what is going on with this company! I am completely disappointed! I use to love this box’

I ordered the mystery Halloween box. It was not worth the Money. It items could have been bought at dollar tree for 5 dollars. I’m disgusted

I got a stark reminder of why I canceled my previous singles swag subscription. I ordered Summer jumbo mystery box and the Colossal mystery box. What a COLLOSAL disappointment!!! I received jewelry duplicates, and the jewelry is always of the poorest quality, I received three extendable back massagers, made of plastic and complete crap! And I received duplicates of skin care products and just two large boxes of junk! I cannot believe this company is still in business and I will never, ever order from this company again! It is such a waste of money!
