The reporting needs to improve greatly. It doesn’t currently offer analytics in a way that is user-friendly and Acceptable for sales and productivity. Largest improvement should come in the form of an app that is downloadable. It is very frustrating to use a desktop version through a mobile device. There also seems to be many glitches that are difficult to have addressed quickly.

SingleOps has helped save me time in some ways, others not so much. It has helped me not duplicate my everyday tasks to an extent. Couple things I would have set up different but overall I am satisfied with the product for the price
