On occasion, you'll encounter a pharmacist who is not fully aware of the details of the partnership his or her pharmacy has with SingleCare. For the fastest resolution, we advise you to call the Kroger pharmacy support line or instruct the pharmacist to call the number on the back of the SingleCare card that says "PHARMACIST INSTRUCTIONS." Hi there, We're sorry to hear this. When you use our discount card for the first time, the $5 bonus should be automatically applied. We would like to double-check that the date of birth associated with your prescription is the same one that you used to sign up for our loyalty program? If these don't match, then the loyalty points will not be automatically applied.
