On occasion, you'll encounter a pharmacist who is not fully aware of the details of the partnership his or her pharmacy has with SingleCare. For the fastest resolution, we advise you to call the CVS or Walgreens pharmacy support line or instruct the pharmacist to call the number on the back of the SingleCare card that says "PHARMACIST INSTRUCTIONS."
