Hi Kathleen, We're sorry that happened! Please note that our cards are perfectly valid for use at all Walgreen's pharmacy locations, and you should not have been told otherwise. On occasion, you'll encounter a pharmacist who is not fully aware of the details of the partnership his or her pharmacy has with SingleCare. For the fastest resolution, we advise you to call the Walgreen's pharmacy support line or instruct the pharmacist to call the number on the back of the SingleCare card that says "PHARMACIST INSTRUCTIONS." If this happens again, please contact our customer support line for immediate help at 844-234-3057.
