I tried using a SingleCare coupon on 2 different occasions for 2 different prescriptions. I called their customer service after the 1st incident and explained that I was charged more than the coupon price. They could not determine the why the coupon didn’t work. I tried using a SingleCare coupon for a different prescription on my 2nd try and was again charged more than the coupon price. On both occasions I as charged more than the coupon price. The pharmacy verified that the quantity on the prescription and prescription strength on the coupon was exactly the same on both occasions, but I was still charged more than the SingleCare coupon price and the pharmacy would not honor the price on the SingleCare prescription discount coupon. SingleCare prescription savings coupons don’t work!

I printed out the coupon 30 minutes prior to going after my wife’s medication, it shows that without the signup, the cost should’ve been $11.73. When I went to pickup the medicine, we were charged $21.32. The pharmacist gave me some BS story that the price fluctuated and that this was the cost at the time. So immediately after I got back home, I pulled up the cost of the medicine again, and the cost was the very same, $11.73! BTW, this was a Kroger pharmacy.

I presented my SingleCare coupon for $29.26 at Walgreens for my Albuterol Sulfate Hfa. The pharmacist said the $29.26 was just a suggestion. I had to pay $43.99. Not happy. I received your email but it asked for a reference number which I don't have. I will respond to that email with my phone number.

Medicare would not cover my inhaler. It would have been $1000 for 2 months and I got it for $77.00 with single care!!

I had a new RX that was going to be $40 with my insurance. I found SingleCare advertising savings cards for $12 for the same RX. I used the save feature on the website to save the card. I had my RX moved from my normal pharmacy to CVS because the card could only be used there. Today before I picked it up, I went to the website. It was still about $12. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, gave them the savings card info and it was nearly $40. I came back home and looked at the website again, suddenly now it's advertising the RX at the nearly $40 price. They literally changed the price in the time it took me to get my RX. After more research, they have a little chart on the website giving a "price history" of the specific medication. The graph it gives is playing it off as if the $40 price is the lowest it's ever been, even though I have a text message proving it was offered at $12. Do not trust SingleCare.

How do I get a card for your discounts, The area where you apply does not work where you ask for it to be text or emailed, It does not light up. Is your program JUST a BIG JOKE on people. I can not get the discount coupon texted to my phone neither I can only get it through and email to my desktop computer. That does not work because I don't have a printer where I can print it to paper to have to show to the pharmacy. and when I try to have the news letter sent. It says my email is incomplete or, is invalid, and instructs me to enter a valid email address seems half of the stuff on your website is broken and does not work. If your discount card works the same as your web site does it is of little use. From reading the comments on your web site, it looks like it does not work neither, half the time. I will soon find out if it works. Tomorrow, I hope it does, but I have serious doubts it will NOT WORK. After reading the ONE star comments. You have a lot of ONE STAR BAD comments. SHAME ON YOU!!!! You can do better.

Just uploaded it yesterday and Walgreens said it was$56.00 showed them my card and only payed $2.57 what a deal. Thanks

specifically had my RX called to Kroger. Joined Singlecare and the price was supposed to be $18.88 for Tretinoin cream. Technician entered card number into the system and she told me the price was $43.86. I showed her the price that was sent to me and she said that it doesn't always work. Needless to say I am very disappointed.
