Hello Jeanne, Thanks for your feedback! I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, but please know that our cards are perfectly valid for use at all Walmart, Walgreen's, CVS, Rite-Aid, and Kroger locations--and you should not have been told otherwise. Every so often a rogue pharmacist will decide not to take the extra time to run a discount card through the system and will tell the customer the cards are invalid, or they're no longer accepting them, or they're expired--none of which is true. If you could let us know the address of this particular pharmacy I will have our pharmacy relations team investigate—and again, I’m really sorry about the way you were treated by that pharmacist.
