SingleCare’s pricing information is misleading. I searched for a coupon for Soolantra, and the listed price at my pharmacy was $165.34. However, when I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist informed me that the cost with the SingleCare coupon would actually be $781.80—approximately $200 more than what I would have paid using my insurance. Only after returning home did I review the fine print at the bottom of the page, which states that the listed price is an estimate. I strongly recommend that you display a clear and prominent notice at the top of the page indicating that the price shown is an estimate to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.
