Ok, so I received a couple of orders of my meds from Genius. Then my doctor increased my dosage, and Genius balked, refusing to fill it. They said they didn't think it was the right medication and the dosage was too high. I didn't realize these people are also licensed physicians qualified to determine what medication at what dose is appropriate for me. And they never asked to see my lab results and didn't know specifically what my condition. The Dx the doctor gave me is a general one and doesn't specify my particular condition, which by the way, is not understood by most practitioners (it was discovered as disease maybe 10 years ago) and I have an extreme case of it. Anyway, this may be guilt by association but I didn't give you five stars because of the trouble they caused.

While my prescription had refills, my refill request was rejected twice with the reason being it was too soon. I had only a supply for one day left. It took a week to get the prescription refill approved and sent out......... I don't know how to prevent this next time.....
