For those of you on Medicare, any prescription used with your nebulizer is supposed to be free. Read your part A coverage. Now if it is used with an inhaler regular charges are applied so Yupelri, Albuterol, Brovana, DuoNeb etc should be free because they are used in a nebulizer but drugs like Spiriva, or your Rescue inhaler are covered by your part D insurance so you should get some minimal reduction, or more if you use SingleCare or GoodRX. This is because a nebulizer is considered to be a piece of equipment so it is covered by Medicare (you may have to remind your pharmasist about this). Now I don't know why an inhaler isn't considered "a piece of equipment" or a needle for insulin isn't considered to be a piece of equipment but that is the way it is.

This is a very good and inexpensive plan form people on limited and fixed income.
