When I saw the shipping amount, I contacted you and you took care of the problem. I wasn't aware my item would be coming from Ireland, but once it got thru US customs, it was just a day or two later it was in my mailbox. Thanks. I've already put one on my main machine and it seems to work just fine. I also bought one for my binding machine so I'm sure it will work for that one also.

Shipping time was reasonable, The company contacted me when my order was shipped and continued to contact me thru receive of my products. I liked that, knowing I ordered from a legit company . Great product, this is something I will reorder!
