I ORDERED A VIIET NAN HELICOPTER FOR $39.99 back in july. I received a glass bottle that looks like a submarine. It couldn't have cost over$5. They said it's been verified by there warehouse and post office thatI did receive the right order. I have sent 12 e mails To t hese crooks. They now say they will offer a $10 rebate or I can send the pkg back at my expense. They screwed me out of $39.99 for a.product i didn't order

Terrible misrepresentation from this Company. I never received the item that I ordered I sent numerous emails with the response it was delivered! Buyer beware!!! I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option!

Well, let's see, what are you ? Who are you? ARe you the one that ripped me off on the Two Star Wars 50th Anniversary Edition Millinium Falcon? What I received: a cheap plastic piece that was printed out on a 3-D printer. Nothing like what you said you sent to me!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They misrepresented the item, and charged my bank more than what the invoice amount was. What they shipped me was not in the branded package as pictured, nor was it metal, it was a 3D printed plastic model. Then they tried to offer me $3USD when I asked for a refund. Terrible company, lesson learned.

I ordered from them on June 8. I inquired because I hadn't received the order by July 17th even though they said they had delivered. I never received the order and they "claim" it was delivered to my mailbox which is locked.

Order 50th anniversary hot wheels. Just a piece of plastic. No lights or wheels. I paid 45 dollars for 2. I was scammed and will be filing a dispute. I want my money back.

Quite possibly the most fraudulent company I have tried to do business with. Absolutely do not do business with them. I ordered a collectors edition, hot wheels Star Wars item which the photos showed was new and in the box and definitely name brand and I received a piece of trash, 3-D printed toy. I reached out to their customer service who replied that they have confirmed that the correct item was sent and they would refund me two a whole dollars for my trouble. After multiple emails, back-and-forth and photos showing them what I had ordered versus what I received they were generous enough to raise that $2 to $6, vs the $30 I paid. I genuinely can’t decide what annoys me more, the blatant fraud or them treating me like I am an idiot. Absolutely do not do business with these people.

I was not shipped the item that was advertised. It advertised a millennium falcon and hot wheels packaging. This looks like it was printed with a 3-D printer. I would like my money back.
