Sinatra Moving GroupReviews of sinatramovinggroup.com

I know someone who just recently tried to use this company. The price was around $2000 dollars. After receiving over $800, within 24 hours they jumped the price up to over $4000. Because the person I know wasn't willing to pay the new price, they no longer wished to use this company's service. The company Sinatra Moving Group refused to give the money back that had already been paid. This company is either a Con Job, or they are the kind of people willing to take your money without providing any services to you. They believe they deserve your money just for having to talk to you. I would avoid this company at all costs!!!

This company totally scammed my family. We were given an amount of money and paid half the week before for moving specific furniture. When the mover arrived late, after giving multiple arrival times, they walked in and immediately said we had too much furniture. I told them we actually had less than what was on the agreed to inventory on our contract. They refused to tell me what would be admissible unless I let them load a few pieces. I later was told this is part of the scam. They said I’d need to pay $900+ more than the $2,200 that was contracted. I had less furniture than the inventory and they already had $1,100 deposit. I tried to ask for a Jake from Sinatra that I had talked to on the phone when the arrangement was made, but they said that he was blocked from speaking to me. (Scam!) We would not agree to 1/3 more money than the contract stated for the agreed furniture. It had scam all over it. My mother has recently passed away, and we were trying to move some of her things to our home in Georgia from her home in NC. I was afraid the keepsakes would never make to it Georgia with the way they were lying to us. We wouldn’t allow them to scam us and then after an hour of trying to bully me into paying more money, they came back and said they would “honor the contract!” Too late. You scammed us and lost our trust. Run, don’t walk from this company!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working with Barry at Sinatra Moving Group was an excellent experience from start to finish. He took the time to explain every detail of the moving process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his customers understand exactly what they're paying for. Barry was professional, responsive, and always followed through when he said he would. He found us a great price, kept us updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful move feel much more manageable. If you're looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and truly wants to help, I highly recommend asking for Barry. He went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Sinatra Moving Group again.

If I could put no stars I would!! This has been the worst experience I’ve tried to talk to the company and no response, I never get a call back! They were supposed to pickup Saturday and drop off our stuff Saturday why are they delivering it over night or two days later! They won’t let me refund! They said clear communication on their website and we have not had that at all!!

I recently used this moving company for my relocation, and I was extremely impressed with the legal of service I received. The entire team was professional, friendly and very organized throughout the process. They arrived on time, handled my furniture and boxes carefully and work efficiently from start to finish. Everything arrived in great condition, and they took the time to make sure items were placed where I wanted them. What I appreciated the most was their communication and attention to detail. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the move went smoothly as possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable and hardworking moving team. Thank you for making my move a positive experience
