This company is a scam-brokerage. They have no Yelp page, no Google presence, and no social media accounts. When I booked with them, I searched for Sinatra Movers and found a highly rated company in California. I read those reviews and assumed the company I was booking with was simply another location or branch of the same business. Unfortunately, I later discovered that they are two completely different companies. The legitimate, highly rated Sinatra Movers is based in California and does not provide interstate long-distance moving services. This company appears to be using a very similar name, which can easily mislead customers into thinking they are connected to the established California company. By the time I realized what had happened, it was already too late.
Please be careful and do not confuse this company with Sinatra Movers in California. They are not the same company.

This company is exactly what 1 star…
This company is exactly what 1 star reviews are for.
I suppose I can be grateful that my possessions arrived, over a month late. Thousands of dollars worth of damage occurred to finely handcrafted furniture, not just one item, but several. They don't care about your stuff. They even had the audacity to charge extra before unloading, though they were paid before loading.

Avoid Sinatra Moving and Express Move…
Avoid Sinatra Moving and Express Move LLC
I strongly recommend NOT using Sinatra Moving. In our experience, they operate as a moving broker, charging a significant fee and then turning the actual move over to a local company. In our case, they selected Express Move LLC, and the experience has been completely unacceptable.
Before booking, I clearly explained that my daughter was moving from Baton Rouge to Baltimore, that she had to be out of her apartment by July 31, and needed her belongings delivered by August 10. We were assured the timing would work. Jason Fleming was Sinatra Moving’s point of contact and was extremely aggressive about getting us to make a decision and sign the contract. However, once they had our commitment and money, the level of service changed dramatically.
The pickup itself was also unacceptable. The mover repeatedly made inappropriate advances toward my daughter, which made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. He arrived in a vehicle that was not large enough to transport her belongings and had no packing materials. Rather than providing the expected moving support, my daughter had to move some of her belongings in her own car because the mover did not want to make three trips. She also had to put gas in his vehicle and buy snacks because he said they had no money.
After a three-week delay, I was told that my daughter’s belongings would be delivered between August 20 and August 22. However, today is August 21, and I was told that her belongings still have not even shipped. Neither Sinatra Moving nor Express Move LLC is responding to our calls or messages, and we still have no clear explanation or reliable delivery date.
This is exactly why consumers need to understand the difference between a moving company and a moving broker. Sinatra Moving did not perform our move—they collected a substantial fee and selected another company to do it. Yet when that company failed to deliver as expected, Sinatra provided little to no meaningful assistance.
Based on our experience: do not use Sinatra Moving, and I would also strongly caution against Express Move LLC. The sales promises, communication, accountability, professionalism, and actual service have been nowhere close to what we were led to expect.
When you’re trusting a company with everything your child owns and moving it more than 1,000 miles, you should at least be able to get an answer to one very basic question: Where is her stuff?

BEWARE!
My daughter was done wrong by these people. What you read in the 1 star reviews is absolutely 100% true and accurate! What you read in these other reviews is what happened to her. BUYER BEWARE!!!

complete scam, fake reviews. their own employees left reviews.
complete scam.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst and most unprofessional moving experience I've ever had.
Not only was my final price approximately $1,500 higher than the original estimate, but my delivery was also delayed by nearly a full week. What made matters even worse was that I wasn't informed of the delay, I had to call the company myself on the day I was expecting my delivery to find out it wasn't coming. I had already flown to my new home specifically to receive my belongings that weekend, based on the delivery timeframe I had been repeatedly given. Instead, I spent additional money on travel and accommodations and had to sleep on an air mattress while waiting for my furniture to arrive. When my belongings finally showed up almost a week late, the movers didn't arrive until around 7:00 p.m. and didn't leave until 9:30 p.m. I was also told that the furniture they disassembled during pickup would be reassembled upon delivery. That did not happen. Instead, I was told it would cost an additional $100 per person to put my own furniture back together, and the movers didn't even bring the proper tools, they had to use my personal tools. To make matters worse, some of the screws needed to reassemble the furniture were missing. On top of that, several of my belongings arrived damaged, including brand new items I had purchased for my new home, and I am still missing multiple items. Trying to resolve these issues has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I call, I'm told someone will call me back, and they never do. It has now been three weeks since my delivery, and I recently learned that virtually nothing had been done regarding my missing property claim.
I understand that mistakes happen. However, this wasn't one or two isolated mistakes. It was a pattern of misinformation, poor communication, missed commitments, unexpected charges, damaged property, and a complete lack of follow through.
The communication between the broker, dispatch, customer service, and the movers was incredibly disorganized and confusing. Every person I spoke with seemed to provide different information, making an already stressful move even more frustrating. Overall, I feel completely misled and scammed throughout this process. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think carefully before trusting them with their belongings.

This company is absolutely terrible RUN
This company is absolutely terrible. RUN AWAY! I would give zero stars if possible. I reached out for a quote after looking into other moving options for a move from PA to TN. I was extremely thorough with what I wanted to have moved and asked questions to have a clesr picture of how the process would work. A lovesac couch, 2 mirrors, an antique table, a peleton bike, and a few pieces of art, as well as, 65" samsung tv and mattress. I was assured that I was well under the 400 cubic feet minimum (for reference that is the size of a 10 ft uhaul truck). I was also told that I could comfortably include around 20 boxes. My main concerns were the irreplaceable items and how they'd be packed, I was told the artwork would be soft crated....their idea of soft crated is a dirty moving blanket with duct tape. I was also told my quote included the packing...it did not, which I did not find out until they were at my house picking up. I had even included less items than my initial quote and was told at pick up I would need to pay an additional $3,200 because I was at 700 cubic feet not 400...see list of items above....they were well under 400. I was in a bind so moved forward with the move only to realize they had outsourced to another terrible moving company Adam's moving and storage and Adam's made me sign a new contract with them. I had to leave multiple things behind including my couch (which was one of the main reasons I hired a moving company in the first place). My items have not arrived in TN yet but looking at reviews for the outsourced company I am preparing for the worst.( almost every review states many things arrived damaged or missing.) I was also told by Sinatra that the movers take certified check, zelle, or venmo. I only have venmo of those three things so was prepared to pay using that. I was told I couldn't and had to pull cash out to pay them before they could leave. Finally I was told it would be a 2 to 3 day turn around for my items to arrive, when I called for an update the only information I was given was that they have a 7 to 10 business day turn around time, no time frame provided as to when they will be arriving. I feel absolutely taken advantage of and have been crying on and off all day. I hope this review finds the people who need it before signing a quote. There is more that I haven't included in this review.

BEWARE
BEWARE! Classic bait and switch. Movers showed up 11 hours later than they said and quoted 3 times as much as the Sinatra Moving group quote.

THEY SCAMMED US!!
My little family is moving from Nebraska back to Georgia now that my husband is finished in his military career. We were quoted $2,200 all in all for our items. Sinatra Moving Group (a man named Alex specifically), was helpful for the first couple conversations and ensured us we had plenty of space in the moving truck to fit what little furniture we did have since the majority was medium to small sized boxes. Definitely NOT bigger than the 18 by 18 by 24 boxes we were allowed to bring. He then proceeded to turn around and say the charges would jump an extra $300 dollars because my husband forgot to mention a few items including a tv stand, a small grill and a guitar. The company then waited until within the no refund window to jump our price up another $3,000 unless we were willing to get rid of so many of our items which were already approved. The man after this point was Jake that we spoke to from here on out and we were no longer in contact with Alex. Jake proceeded to tell me that we could not get our first payment of $861 refunded because of the no refund rule that no one told us about. However, it was never called a “deposit” until I demanded a refund for services not rendered. He switched the title of our payment from the first of 3 payments to now calling it a deposit (part of the scam!!) so that we couldn’t get it back due to company policy that again, NO ONE ever mentioned until well after payment was made and it was within the non refundable window. I’m so disappointed in the way this company handles business and how they treat their customers! I will never recommend them to anyone! We are a small military family with our infant son and they left us high and dry unless we were willing to pay close to $5,000 by the end of this move. I had done some research on state laws and consumer rights and legally what they did is called a bait and switch tactic. It’s shady, it’s illegal and they absolutely know it. My husband tried to call Jake back and again ask for a refund but was sent straight to voicemail twice. It wasn’t until I had called on my own phone that Jake immediately answered and refused to give the refund or even have a conversation, claiming that if I really wanted my money back I need to go to court over it because the company refuses to pay back the money for services not rendered. They stole almost 1,000 from us intentionally and they are aware that what they did is unlawful, they just don’t care. Please please reconsider using this group!! I truly wish I never did.
