DO NOT USE. They charge you to "verify" they say it'll be done immediately but takes days. Then once that's done they charge you more to unlock the phone. I emailed customer service requesting a refund and they refused and keep trying to get me to pay them more. This is a scam.

still seems to be a scam. I wish I'd checked just a little better. It's been a week, no reply to emails, the whatsapp number isn't valid so no help at all anywhere. Not even sure how the site has made it this many years.

DON'T USE THE SITE "Simunlocks.com" They are not legit and I think it's Bot. They charge me first $24 to determine the eligibility of my network then another $68 to unlock the Sim. After two days they ask for another $478 which obviously I didn't pay and start disputing all charges.

I would not trust this website. They are not up-front with there costs. They say they can unlock your devise for $24.99, but then after you input your credit care, they come back and say there is $55 charge to unlock the phone. No where in the process of giving your information and making your selection do they say the initial charge is to see if the phone can be unlock and that there will be an additional charge.

The worst I ever felt with absolutely no services rendered then they had the unmitigated gaul to charged my debit twice $24.99 $55.00 they stopped answering emails as they have no phone number to contact. I had to contact my banking institution to back the charges fraudulent charges then I called The California state attorney general office next I’m contacting the FBI this company is horrible.

Dear nihat, We never charge our customers before completing an unlock service (our initial payments are only for temporary authorization); therefore, it is not possible that you will be charged on our website before completing an unlock. We believe that your order was placed on simunlockpro.com which is a different company (we're simunlock.com). Unfortunately, We get incorrect requests from their customers lately (some people orders on their web site and incorrectly contact us). In order to get your refund, we recommend your customer to call their credit card company (Bank) immediately and dispute charge. They should tell their Credit Card company they were scammed (cheated) and ask them to chargeback their transactions and their bank should refund their payments after their chargeback request. They can only get refund by requesting a chargeback from their bank. We wish we ould help but we are unable to provide supports for orders placed other than our web site simunlock.com

Had some doubt reading some reviews but I'm here to say F*$k the nay sayers cuz within the time they said i'd have an email with unlock code, i had it and directions are simple. If your someone going this route to use any sim or to root your phone, then the directions to unlock sim is childs play. Thank you very much and ill recommend n use this from now on. 5 stars!!
