My order for an eSim was not delivered! I then sent several messages that were eventually responded to when I no longer needed the eSim and was forced to buy a more expensive SIM from T-mobile. It took several days before any notification, information over my order. Only the last 2 days i've receive info's from fedex over de delivery. Package received 10/20/2023

I placed the order on 7th October 2023. In the FAQ it stated that the delivery address could be added at checkout. There was no delivery address to fill in, only the billing address. Delivery to the billing address should have been on the 10th October, two working days after ordering. It did not arrive and we left to fly to the USA on the 11th October. Communication has been poor - they promised a refund but I have chased this and have received no reply. To top it all, our baggage went missing and so I did not have phone SIM I could use to chase this up. Very disappointed. There is more to the story, all in all an exceedingly frustrating experience.
