Unresponsive! They stole my money. I ordered a e-Sim with an activation date earlier this week and they never did anything. Beware and think twice before buying something from them. They might just decide to ignore your calls, emails, chat messages leaving you totally powerless. Multiple attempts to solve this situation amicably but it is hard to do anything when customer service is ghosting you!

Yet, the payment was processed instantly, and they had no issue taking my money. This experience caused unnecessary stress during my travels, as I had to find alternative options last minute. I expected better communication, especially for a service that travelers rely on while abroad. I do not recommend this provider based on this experience. There was a problem with the t-mobile card. I had give another email than which was used for my iPhone. So the message from T-mobile never reaches my phone. The sims 4 USA team helped me to fix it.
