Top customer service chat. Very happy with the service and signal while I was in America fir two weeks , I'll do the same again everytime I go to America (I'm from Europe) best I'll do next time is giving the address of the hotel to be no delays with customs.

do not forget local duties & taxes FAQ is not clear about local cost. For Germany an additional EUR 10,- to be added, as FedEx is paying duties & taxes in advance and adds a surcharge.

One SIM card package was opened upon arrive, on this number we received scam calls and messages 24/7 which made the card pretty much unusable

I had ordered the SIM with Plan for 59$ . SIM has been delivered. In that moment I just did realize what the mobile network was from. a completely different plan was marked on the label and even though my phone works with it, the sim is not detected, it is not possible to find out which plan is activated and so on. my email questioning to the seller is not a response. I'm a little sorry I didn't go to the shop for SIM and let them settings there professional.
