I contacted Sims4USA to ensure I could ring Irish land lines and mobile numbers. The response was immediate and made my decision easy to purchase the sim. The sim was waiting for me in Miami at my hotel when I arrived. The company had the card activated and everything was very smooth. The next time we visit the USA we will get 2 x sims - one for my husband and I as he also thought it excellent value for money.

We landed in Miami, tried to activate our SIMs per the instructions and get a message that says we don't have enough money on our plans and need to top up. This should not be the case since I already paid for two unlimited plans. UPDATE. I was able to reach them and there was a server issue. They promptly remedied our issue and we are good to go now. They even upgraded our plan since there was a delay with our activation.
