I had a situation with my account and emailed customer service regarding it and received a very quick response from Dan who was very gracious and understood what I wanted and went ahead and took care of it for me.

Company auto subscribed without my permission! I'm very thorough and did everything I could to make sure I wasn't subscribed after my initial order. Website had me type in my email if it was associated with a subscription it would send me a link. I never received one, so thought I was not subscribed. Also went through all materials when I ordered, nowhere was a clause I was consenting to a subscription. So, if its there, it is hidden. Then, got hit with a $156 charge a month later that of course, there is no way to cancel. These predatory companies need to be held accountable, its really disappointing.

I was automatically signed up for a subscription without my permission. I placed a one time order and received it. I received an email today that they had charged my credit card and were shipping another order. I have attempted to get In and cancel the subscription but the site doesn’t work.

It shouldn’t be called simply sours. It should be called simply awful. Unfortunately you can’t even evaluate the product because the customer service is so bad. The company automatically signs you up for a subscription and doesn’t allow you an opportunity to cancel. The product takes weeks to come. You can’t contact the company and when they finally respond it’s days later. I will not be recommending the product not because it’s not good but because the company has TERRIBLE customer service. If I were them I would focus more on customer service than product.

Horrible experience with product. Caused horrible neuropathy. Just received an email that they are sending me another shipment and I never signed up for a subscription! Such a scam. Very bad company and this product dosage is way too high to be health for you.
