If I could give zero or negative stars, I would! The gummies have no appreciable benefits after 3 months of daily intake. That, combined with the stunning lack of customer service and a decidedly deceptive subscription cancellation policy leads me to believe that this is nothing but a sham company hawking snake oil. Save your money and spare yourself the frustration of dealing with them.

It’s a con. You’re automatically signed up to a subscription that costs you a fortune £1 for every gummy you eat

The order took over 3 weeks so I canceled. Then it arrived after that time period and was charged. I then received another order and was charged after trying to stop the subscription which I do not believe I signed up for. I called the number listed on the charge on the credit card. No one answered, it just hung up. They I went on the website and put my email in for the subscription change, yep it never sent a link to change my subscription. Next I called the number with the help then someone answered and I was told there was not subscription and there were no second charges. But there are and this seems to be a very big scam that took hours of my time to try to deal with my credit card company.

I have attempted numerous times to notify this company that I no longer want orders auto shipped to me. Unfortunately I am still getting orders shipped, very frustrating.

I purchased 3 bottles of soursop gummies for 57€ which was on a buy 2 get 1 free offer so this was 3 months supply ! 4 weeks later they took 135€ from my card for 3 more bottles ? Apparantly it’s a subscription which doesn’t make sense as I had bought 3 months supply so why would I want another 3 months supply 4 weeks later and at a super inflated price . After emails which were answered quickly I still didn’t get any answers just that it was the full price and other price was an offer but even at full price of 27€ 3 bottles doesn’t ad up to 135€ ??? Told I was too late to cancel the order on the way so I blocked future payments and cancelled my subscription ! Buyer beware stay away from this company they are scammers

Do not buy this product, it is a big scam. Subscription is completely hidden. I ordered 5 bottles for 80 euros (not cheap considering we have no clue if there is more than dissolved sugar) and before receiving the 5 bottles they stole 240 euros from my card, told me cancellation was not possible. I was super furious, only after I blocked the card they said they cancelled the subscription but still did not want to return the stolen 240 euros. My decision and email that I will sue them did not help. Their customer service was just politely answering that it is too late. After I asked them in my email number 100 why would one want the subscription which is 3times more expensive than buying 5 bottles at once, they have sent an apology that they have made a mistake and that they will send me more product (which I of course did not want, I even did not use the first 5 bottles). I kept on receiving packages that I never picked up. My bank was luckily prepared to fight with them, at the end I received the money back - the keys to my success was blocking my card immediately, not accepting the packages they were sending and helpful bank employees.

Terrible product. Does not do anything for you. Total fraud. And terrible customer service.

The company is a bunch of scammers which continue to send you the goods you didn't order, once they get your credit card number upon first order. They should be jailed...
