The order took over 3 weeks so I canceled. Then it arrived after that time period and was charged. I then received another order and was charged after trying to stop the subscription which I do not believe I signed up for. I called the number listed on the charge on the credit card. No one answered, it just hung up. They I went on the website and put my email in for the subscription change, yep it never sent a link to change my subscription. Next I called the number with the help then someone answered and I was told there was not subscription and there were no second charges. But there are and this seems to be a very big scam that took hours of my time to try to deal with my credit card company.

Simply Sour customer support is awesome. I have become aware that most social media advertisements for vitamins etc are funneled through shop.com for checkout. Of my last 4 purchases 3 had either sent me product I had not ordered or automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription at a higher price that I had no warning or knowledge of (read all the similar complaints. I caught that while printing my receipt and emailed customer support immediately and they corrected that right away

I bought this soursop product over a month ago and signed up for the monthly subscription. I now have too much product that I can't take this much. I asked for a full refund because I saw on their website a 30-day money back guarantee. I called the support number on the website and they gave me my money back no questions asked!! Now that is a company you do business with!

I am weird with flavored stuff and bought and subscribed, thinking I would use, but by the time I received it, I knew I wouldn't use it. I emailed and was offered a partial refund because of my reason. I made the mistake of thinking the subscription was then canceled. This week I received an email saying my next order was processing. I was not happy. I emailed and very quickly received an email in response, clearing the situation. I was even given the remaining refund amount of of the first order. The customer support was extremely courteous and helpful, and I greatly appreciate that. So, even though I'm not using the product, I'm leaving a review for the great customer service I received. I'm a huge fan of good customer service. Thank you for your time and resolving my issue.

Easy to order. Could improve just a little on providing info on order status and tracking otherwise a good experience. Also Simplysours have a good taste

I have attempted numerous times to notify this company that I no longer want orders auto shipped to me. Unfortunately I am still getting orders shipped, very frustrating.
