It doesn't work at all. And what's more frustrating is how much time I wasted putting into this to find that out. It's totally false advertising and then when you inevitably get stuck the customer service is NON EXISTENT. Incredibly dissapointing.

I experienced persistent problems with Simply Piano over several months. Despite repeated complaints, the issues were never satisfactorily resolved. In September, the company agreed to refund £114. When repayment difficulties arose, I accepted their offer of an Amazon voucher instead. Weeks later, I have received neither. Customer support has been extremely disappointing, with repetitive automated responses that ignore the history of my complaint. Most recently, I was told refunds take 24–48 hours, despite having waited weeks. I cannot recommend a subscription service that handles legitimate complaints in this way. I would welcome Simply Piano finally honouring its promise.

Was charged within trial time. Beware to take screenshots when offered extra 7 days on top of 7 days trial (14 days) as it goes through as “successful claimed” but will charge at 7 days and cannot dispute since I missed the chance to record the screen at the time as proof. Not happy with service. Barely used the trial.

Expensive, but worth it. The free test phase is really short and they charge you very fast. So beware! But if you seriously want to start to play piano the app is really great! The structure is profound and you learn step by step in a thoughtful way. The biggest strength is that you get motivated to practice. And I think to learn piano is all about practice. The continuous feedback is very helpful. Try it if you serious about learning piano, so its an investment.

Money taken from PayPal without the appropriate warning. No reply from SP despite several emails. App doesnt recognise my piano notes. SCAM!

I followed an advert link to Simply piano. After which the moment it wanted to charge me £150 for the app I didn’t accept. Next money was taken out of my account. I didn’t download the app nor did it appear on my Apple subscription list.
