Should have researched on Trustpilot before making the mistake of purchasing from SCF. Paid $64.99USD for a Forged Carbon Fiber iPhone XS Max case and delivery took waaaay too long to arrive in Australia (more than a month). Quality of the case is quite poor. The actual carbon back is very wavy and uneven and doesn't sit flat on a flat surface. It is also a soft material and is VERY easily scratched after only just a few weeks. It certainly isn't FORGED and definitely isn't strong or hard. Button feel could be drastically improved as you can barely even feel where the buttons are on the case. I received an automated email to write a review and include photos which I did, highlighting all these issues to them, in an honest and factual review of their product and service. This review was never posted on their product page, website or Facebook. This is when I realised how poorly and dishonestly their business is being conducted. As I was quite upset with everything, I reached out to SCF customer service where I received a horribly disrespectful response: "Thank you for your feedback. It is very much appreciated. I will go ahead and inform our design team of your suggestion. Best, Kim" Such a generic response is embarrassing. I persisted and followed up with them again about providing some actual details and to directly answer my questions about why my review was withheld from being posted publicly and how I might repair or improve my case myself, however I received another rubbish response: "For question # 1: not all reviews are published on our website, however, it is randomly selected by our system. For question # 2: We’ve created a revolutionary way to allow us to create forged carbon fiber extremely thin. This took us years to develop since traditional forged carbon fiber is very thick and would cause signal blockage on your phone. Thank you for your support Best, Kim" And no, "randomly selected" reviews excuse is rubbish. All their reviews are 4, 4.5 or 5 stars. They are only selecting these ones to publish, and not addressing or publishing anything else. Also, SCF definitely did not develop Forged Carbon Fiber. This was a joint development between Lamborghini and Callaway Golf. This company is built on dishonest and deceptive behaviours.

I placed a second order from London (UK), having previously ordered from SCF using the same delivery address (which was successfully delivered). It says that the shipment was delivered on the 24th May but nothing was delivered. Contacted SCF and received a rather flippant respond: "Thank you for reaching out to us. It would be best if you contact your local post office for further assistance. Best, Kim". ZERO customer service - tantamount to saying this isn't my problem - good luck! It is as good as throwing over $80 worth of order into the gutters! I'm being passed between Royal Mail and USPS, and it seems this is a lost cost. SCF also actively removes reviews that are unfavourably. So when it is a 1-star, or unless it is full of praise, it will NOT appear. Be warned.

Like others have stated, if I could rate a zero I would. Their phone case is defective and side volume buttons do not work properly. They are slightly off and trying to adjust volume is a nightmare on my Galaxy Note 8. I sent them a email with my concerns and received no response! Next, Their screen protector is absolute junk and defective. I've put on dozens of other screen protectors without a single hitch. I tried installing the screen protector and it does NOT work on any curved screens regardless of what they say. The 2nd attempt was absolutely identical results. I contacted them and finally got a response to the screen protector but not case! they said it's my install error and would give me a slight discount on new ones. Like a dummy I purchased them maybe thinking somehow maybe it was my error. I brought the new ones to Verizon and they tried to install it but also failed. The sides do NOT stick and they refused to try and install the 2nd one. They are clearly defective and their "warranty" is passed off as user error or damage. Unreal for the prices they charge and they will never get my business or recommendation again.

Would've rated a zero if it was an option. Took 21 days for delivery. Had to email them to get them to resend as the first one sat for a week at the depot according to the tracking number. Adhesive on the screen protector let's go in less than a week. Edges curling and peeling off. As mentioned by others it is not compatible with their own cases. The edges are pushed off by the case making the screen adhesion even worse. Save your money...spend less for better elsewhere.

Sad to say I purchased the carbon case and screen protector for my Pixel 3. The carbon is is nice, but the screen protector won't fit with the case. The two interfere and I have been emailing SCF for several weeks now to find resolution. The case wraps around and hits the screen protector, causing the protector to peel off. As a design engineer myself, I'm comfortable saying that these two products were not designed to work together. If you just want a protector this might work. If you just wanted a case, I'm happy with the case. But I purchased a system to protect my phone and Simply Carbon Fiber has shown no interest in supporting my purchase post purchase. I have also provided a review and pictures for their site. I will be interested to see if this is uploaded or screened out as others have suggested.

Terrible quality of cases - definitely not real carbon fiber whereas the price point is high enough for you to assume it would be. Bad customer service with delayed responses and automated responses if feedback sent on social media! Had ordered a red carbon fiber case for my iphone X - cases half the price dont look half as tacky and fake as this one does! COMPLETE WASTE

Currently waiting 15 days for my $100 phone case to arrive. Many emails sent to simply carbon fibre to see what the hold up is with no direct response other than blaming USPS, the tracking number given shows on usps website says it hasnt even been picked up from their warehouse/shopor garage wherever they run their shonky business from. I will be filing a fraudulent transaction witj my bank tomorrow.

Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Terrible inductions, terrible customer service.
