Horrid customer service and deceiving in pricing when automatically applying a supposed optional priority processing fee and greying out the option to decline it. Then on top of that it wool nearly two weeks to arrive. And the “priority” fee is the same cost of shipping so instead of 6.95 you’re essinetially paying 13.90 for it, and they have a fake sale going around at all times that never changes deceptively charging the same price at all times. When I tried to return the product after discovering it’s a cheap case from Alibaba with their logo printed onto it. They wanted ANOTHER shipping fee, my “refund” would end up being 20$ less than I paid total. Terrible business. Go on Alibaba for a case before these scum

Absolutely the worst company ever. They claimed they shipped the case and it was delivered. It was never delivered and they ignore you and wont refund your money. The AI Richard Lopez is useless and does absolutely nothing. Keep in mind this is a Chinese company too so its very clear why they are so bad at customer service.

I've had two cases for two phones from them. One case showed up scratched and was replaced. The other case started delaminating a few months after receiving it and their customer service responded once then didn't respond again. Cases look cool, but are terrible quality.

Ordered a (very expensive for what it is) case for my iPhone, nice quality at first but now the sidewalls separate from the backpiece. I never get the phone out of the case, so it’s not really undergoing excessive durability tests. They advertise with lifetime warranty, but after sending 2 emails with clear pictures I didn’t even get a response. Be prepared, the case will fall apart at some point and won’t be usable after that.

Very fast shipping and great overview of what is going on and if there is a problem they immediately will contact me and search for a solution. Great experience👌🏻
