What I wish SimpleTexting would do in the future
What I like about SimpleTexting is the fact that it is very easy to use. Also, I was able to add my assistant without creating a separate account. I only use it to communicate with my clients, so I use a quarter or less of my credits a month. I wish I could use it more for marketing and sending automatic replies, etc. but I haven't spent a lot of time learning the different features. I would suggest having a weekly or monthly webinar for members on how to maximize the use of this app, how to create campaigns, etc. I would rather spend an hour on a webinar than 20 minutes reading about it and then an hour trying to figure out how to do it.

The program is excellent
The program is excellent. I have used it for a couple of months only. I used another company for more than 5 years and I loved it. The only reason why I don't give them a 5 star is because their texts change from simple texting to MMS and it takes more credits

Great for nonprofits
The set-up process can be a little tedious due to having to speak with several departments, but once everything is running, SimpleTexting is fantastic! It's affordable, the interface is very intuitive, and has all the features we need. Would recommend for nonprofits looking to coordinate volunteer teams.

It works well, generally
It works well, except that no matter what I've tried after discussions with your people, and reloading the app, I can't get the app to make a sound when I receive a new SMS

Pleased
So far, so good. Lots of outreach for support from human beings and bots. I did try texted.ly first, and their customer support was ineffective, and I grew frustrated. Simple Texting was a refreshing and navigable choice for me, given that I have NO prior experience with these platforms.

Customer service is outstanding!
Have really appreciated this service to be able to serve my customers! Customer service is outstanding! There is a slight delay with notifications that can be a little confusing when working between multiple devices, which is the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5.
