Customer service has been fantastic!

Simple Texting is very available to help figure out whatever issues we are having. The wait time is reasonable and sometimes even fast! You are put with a human as soon as the chat bot does not give you what you need! I am so appreciative!!

Why can it not all be this good
After being overcharged and not getting any customer support with Twillio, we wanted to move to TextRequest, there we ran into a bunch of hidden charges, which made us land on simple texting. With simple texting we had straightforward pricing compared to others, customer service 1,001 times better than with Twillio. Integration with our Veterinay Practice Management VETport was simple, easy. All the veterinary clinics are happy with the products
