There are some quirks about this program that makes it not as user friendly as the last program I used for text messaging 1. Can not change landing page - to default to see my inbox first 2. just to email 2 people, I must :create a campaign: 3. no SENT folder/message list to view and no place to look up history of texts it sorts in a strange way

SimpleTexting is relatively easy to use. Though a little pricey, it's comparable to other services we've explored. When we ran into an issue recently, a customer service rep was in a chat with us almost instantly, and worked on finding a solution right away, so we could send our campaign out by the end of the day. I would recommend.

Simple Texting works consistently and the interface is very straightforward. It does what it's supposed to do.

It gets the job done. I only use your services for direct text communication with clients. I do not market or solicit services. Overall, the app on my cell phone is clunky and when chatting in real time often does not refresh until I back out and reload the page, this has caused problems when trying to communicate quickly with clients. The web browser isn't much better in this same manner, sometimes it will chime a new message, sometimes, not. At times, I will get a new message alert on my cell phone and nothing will show on my browser, where I tend to do most of my replies, when I try to refresh the page it freezes up, so I need to open a new tab. (I use chrome, and willing to admit it might be chrome for this concern) It's all just a bit frustrating. I am also not a fan of your password requirement, having to create a password so intense I can hardly remember it, just a bit much. I was also disappointed at the VERY large increase in fees this past year when my service contract renewed, it has made me rethink my entire phone plan and system for my business. So, in conclusion, it gets the job done, but it would be nice if it were just a bit more reliable when new messages come in. Thanks!

Overall the experience is very good. We wish the lists could be exported. Also once in a while the app does not send a push notification and we have to rely on email. Support is above average. Thanks!

I wish the texting was more like texting from your phone, i.e. copy and paste FROM SimpleTexting, clicking on links to open up webpages, being able to reply to a message directly, etc. Things like that. And why does the use of emojis take up credits? Like why?!

We have to constantly refresh, sometimes we miss messages because of this other than that very happy with the service. And they are very prompt to respond to any concerns or issues.
