I have daily issues with the trading rooms functioning properly. Constantly loose either the sound or video and need to reconnect. That wastes my time and I frequently loose content that I am interested in. Yes, I have emailed support a few time but never received any response.

I have been a member for several years so obviously I think the service is good value for the money--I particularly like the style of Henry Gambell. I am now going to focus on the negative--I think you are constantly trying to sell me something especially John. John is a great trader, but I dont trust him completely--he never shows or acts like he has a losing trade and that is just not true-- another issue is I dont seem to get as much as I thought for the silver membership---I think most of the classes should be free -not a new charge for everything---

There is mostly good in teh service but some improvements can be made: futures room service is inconsistent with other rooms as presenters don't send out trades (some don't do it at all and need to be tehre all the time). Also I signed up long time ago and membership to futures included forex, now ST decided to take off currencies from the futures service but I am paying teh same? Sure you added a new presenter at a time that for me based in europe is not convenient and again he does not send alerts out... again inconsistency of service. Also sort of repeating same courses after a couple of months with just an extra indicator and brand it as a new system is a bit harsh.

You don’t have logs of how many trades you make and the results . You should have someone Or a group to identify day trades set ups and at least call them on the Room . You have to many people making analysis

Simpler has evolved from an excellent service provider to a sell sell sell push push push marketing company. I liked you before much more than now. A trade I would take is that if JC has something interesting to say to the community, it is a lead up to a sales pitch for another class and another must have indicator, It is tiring and I would like the marketing to slow down. You don't have to keep growing sales to be good.

I have been a member on and off since 2015. I am overall happy with the site but the nickel and dime for classes and indicators is a bit annoying. Theotrade offers all classes and indicators for free to its members. Also the roster (even though on a personal level) I like them...experienced traders from 2015-2016 vs who is in the room now IW night and day. Chris, Don, Tony, etc gone. It’s like the Golden state warriors team from a couple years ago vs the one now. I mainly only stay for JCs input but the pay wall for classes and stuff is getting a bit old.

I admire JC greatly, so it hurts me to say this but I believe that ST has moved into the relm of too many different techniques, too many experts, and too many courses, i.e. more of a marketing site for a multitude of products than a true trading site. I have tried to follow ideas of many of the very talented experts on the site but have found it impossible to function in any way other than to just follow John Carter himself. I would be happier if John did not have such an empire and went back to simply "Simpler Trading". The current melange of ideas, techniques, people, indicators, strategies etc is no longer Simple.

John Carter is a superb trader however if you do not take each and every trade you will not reap his rewards. Many of his trades are losers but then he has very big winners. It is almost always by default that I would miss his winning trades due to work or other obligations. They do no offer a mirrored account service which would manage that problem. I would trust that setup but simply cannot recommend the service unless you make every trade that JC executes. Also, they are always selling new charts and new chart setups. As a member paying $200.00 per month it would be nice to have a larger discount on these expensive charts.
