Unfortunately I had some side effects…
Unfortunately I had some side effects so I had to discontinue. I will say that Darcy at Simple Promise made getting a full refund a very pleasant experience. Her compassion and understanding of my situation was so appreciated. It says a lot to me as a customer how professional this company is and that they truly care about customer satisfaction and well-being. Very refreshing culture at Simple Promise. Thank you, Sally S

I took belly flush as prescribed on the…
I took belly flush as prescribed on the bottle, two pills in the evening. Then after eating breakfast I experienced several bowl movements - which as not normal for me. This same reaction occurred on multiple mornings. I contacted customer service and they heard my concerns and suggested I quite taking the pills and happily refunded my money. I appreciate the high level of customer service and the agents concern. The product was not good for me - possibly for you it may be a different experience. Also, I came across this product through Facebook and in the video nothing was mentioned that it is good for constipation. However, in the literature that I received it specifically stated it was for constipation. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. Paul

They lived up to their money back guarantee after I cancelled my subscription. The responses were timely and the refund came shortly after initial contact.

Email experience with customer service
My email experience with mail order customer service in the past has generally been boiler plate communications. Sometimes I wonder if my issue was even read. Simple Promise was a bird of another color in that they not only addressed my problem, but initiated a personal message and solved my concern within two days. In my mind this was extraordinary conduct and the resolution was in my favor, which I most appreciate.

Just started on Verimind for two weeks …

Very fast response The previous container…
VENOPLUS8 The previous container that the VENOPLUS8 was in, made it difficult to scoop out the product. Was no room for your fingers while holding the scoop so couldn't scoop it out hardly. I complained to a representative, who was genuinely concerned about that. Needless to say I ordered 15 more and to my surprise when my order arrived, they were in shorter round wide containers. Now that was a quick fix indeed, Thank You Simple Promise!
