Nick and the team have been fantastic over the past couple years of me purchasing machines. I have always wanted to get into bitcoin mining but I didn't know the first part of where to start. The customer support was fantastic, they helped me answer my questions, guided me down the line, didn't try to just sell me a machine and move on, they really took their time and asked me questions I didn't even know I had and helped me build a profile of machines. I am completely hands off because I do not want to run machines, and wonder if I am doing something wrong. They run it as a literal plug and play and I couldn't ask for anything else. After mining for several years with other providers, simple mining was the first company to hold true to their word. When my machine went down they notified me of the issue instead of me asking them what’s going on. Having their in house repair center and including the repairs as part of their service has saved me a lot of time and money and led to a higher uptime which is the most imprortant thing. They are always available for a call or whatever I need and am truly grateful I found them as a partner. Excited to continue growing with them!
