I've been using "Simple Mining" for a couple of months now, and it's been nothing but a great experience! Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond—unlike some other hosting companies. A+++

Thank you for the kind words! We put a lot of thought into making onboarding straightforward and the dashboard genuinely useful, so it is great to hear both landed well. Thanks for being part of Simple Mining.

Thanks Simple Mining!! Just onboarded with them and so far so good!! Everyone I've interacted with have been great, kind, hardworking people. Answering tickets/messages at all hours even on weekends! Their marketplace is voluminous, plenty of entry points if your just starting out and want to see what hosted mining is all about. They also offer a free week trial to experience mining with them! What are you waiting for?! Go sign up!!!

We host a significant number of our Bitcoin mining rigs with simple Mining. The operation is professional, helpful and competent across the board. But a special and quick shout-out to Julie, our account manager who worked weekends and late hours to sort through some issues we had caused! Very satisfactory outcome. Thanks to all your support teams as well.

I've been using Simple Mining for almost a year, and overall, I'm very happy with their service. There was a severe weather event last fall that substantially impacted the operation and the Simple Mining team worked their tails off to get everyone (many friends are customers too) back up and running as soon as possible. It was frustrating for everyone, however, Simple Mining did their best to keep customers informed with expected timelines and transparently resolved all warranty/equipment issues. This year the miners are running smoothly and I’m hopeful that their solid relationship with the utility and community will help them continue to flourish. If you're looking for reliable US based crypto mining host with solid customer support behind it, Simple Mining is a great choice. They've earned my continued business. Highly recommended!

Speed, proactive problem solving, transparency, integrity. We chose SM as our operating partner for a significant investment in mining and these are the words that come to mind in all of our interactions with SM across Sales > Ops > Accounting > Strategy. Wouldn't trust anyone else to work with after experiencing how they operate.
