Pre-sale support was wonderful, I received prompt replies to all questions, usually within an hour or two regardless of when I sent an email. Once I received my order I discovered missing parts and that the AMSM would require me to remove my left stick mount to attach.They called me to walk me through everything and overnighted the missing bolts to me.
