They were incredibly helpful with getting my pit set up just the way I wanted when I had issues with parts. They sent me parts. They were quick and courteous, and it was just a great experience with them. The product is nice solid feeling, and very flexible for different positions.

Great product and customer service. I had been using a folding rig for racing with a Logitech G920. Worked fine but but really a pain to fold and carry it to the closet. Not sure where I saw the Gen 3 but sold on the ability to wheel it and also swap out the center post for Flightsim. Very easy to assemble if you veiw the assembly video on YouTube and layout the parts as suggested. Really happy with the purchase.

I ordered a dcs chair on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday shipping was extremely fast. Customer support was 5/5 they answered my question pretty quickly as well. The chair itself is amazing it took me a few hours to put it together but it went together with absolutely no problems whatsoever. If you are in the market for a sim chair I highly highly recommend this company.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had with a company. I ordered the wrong model of a monitor stand and they got me completely sorted out and went well above and beyond in terms of their assistance. The product itself with is the single monitor stand is great quality and easy to put together. I highly highly recommend SimFab.

I had an issue with a seat that I owned for Alittle while out of warranty and emailed pics of the issue and with no delay that shipped me a new replacement seat that they did not have to they stand by there product 100 percent and I highly recommend them

When I placed my order an email was generated to process a shipping quote outside of the US. A few days later Dimitar contacted me directly and assisted in refining the order and even drilling extra holes and supplying appropriate screws for a custom footprint. The order arrived 2 days later. Impressive modular product, easy to assemble and seems to cover many configurations - really happy with my setup

Great system that allowed me to customize my setup to include my VKB hardware that I already owned. Service from Dimitar was stellar as he responded directly to me via text to answer all of my pre-purchase questions. Highly recommended if you are looking for a solid solution that allows you to customize as needed!

I have been a SimFab customer since 2019 and have placed multiple orders with them over the past few years to build up my sim. One thing I noticed right away, is how attentive and excellent their response time and customer care was. I was missing some hardware, they sent it immediately. I couldn't figure out how to install, a representative stayed involved after hours on a weekend to help me get installation completed. Then, the best experience of all. My first purchase, my racing seat, from 2019 experienced a failure as the metal tubing in the back rest, gave way and broke on both sides, causing it to fall backwards and sag. Since it had been so long and I got good seat time out of the chair, I figured this would no longer be covered by any guarantee. I wasn't sure if there was a good discount available for a returning customer for a replacement, so I called to see what could be done. SimFab is truly incredible, they are sending me a brand new chair at no charge, due to a structural failure. I had offered to pay for shipping (about $300) to Alaska, since I moved from when I first bought the seat in Oklahoma and shipping would be much higher and felt bad, however the SimFab rep said it would be covered by them at no cost to me. I'm in shock at this level of service. I already got the tracking number and the new chair replacement is on the way. This is a company I will stick with for my sim needs. I'm seriously impressed and thankful such good customer service exists.
