they have no return policy, ordered 3 orders, wanted to cancel one they wouldn't, want to return one order i placed wrong and can't, notified pay pal and filed a claim and still no response. stuck!!

Ordered a Christmas long sleeve shirt. the color on the logo was runny when claim was submitted was advised that i will receive a call have not received a called no messages left. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order with GUARANTEED Christmas delivery...it did not happen!!! The status of order states still processing. I contacted my bank. There is no way to speak with anyone via telephone and once I emailed them pictures of the Christmas guarantee, communication was ceased on their end. DO NOT order from a company unless you do a extensive search!!!

Scam company. They refuse to cancel my order. And they refuse to return my money. Don't order from them.

I am very unpleased with this company. My order got lost in the mail and they only would admit that after two months had gone by since I ordered it. They would not refund me, the only thing they would do is send me a new one. But their customer service sucks and I will NEVER be buying from here again.

Similar situation as one of the previous reviewers said. I received a shirt with another unrelated image printed on the back and they refuse to correct the issue or give me my money back. Keep asking me to submit claims and emails over and over with no resolve even after I sent them pictures as proof. Sorry but that is false advertisement. Very crappy customer service and I will never order from them again.

Appalling - don’t give them your money. I ordered two shirts from their Autism range. One was as described - the other a total waste of money. The shirt was the incorrect size and had another logo (nothing to do with Autism) screen printed on the back. Currently at 12 emails to them to try and either get what I ordered or my money back and they simply keep asking me to restate my order - would of thought that was clear in every email. Tried the online chat and it simply loaded and kept asking me to wait. Terrible customer service, shoddy product and huge wait time for the product to arrive. Save yourself the pain.

Ordered for the first and last time. I ordered a mug and a "flowy tank top" (size Med). Both items came in good time. The mug is not nearly as nice as the product shown on the website; but no real complaints...I'll use it. The tank top is thin, hard material, NOT flowy (and I usually wear a Small top), but the worst part is that the logo is all wrong. I specifically chose that logo because the words have special meaning between my autistic daughter and me. Without the logo it's just another ugly tank top. I contacted the company via email and they DID respond. I provide pics of what was advertised and what I received and requested my money back twice. I was emailed a few times with excuses and then finally so say that a replacement top has been ordered for me. Nope! That's not what I asked for...the tank top is ugly and it's not a medium...maybe not even a small. I can't even find ANY of the autism products on their website anymore. Like I said, I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.
