I ordered 2 autism shirts and a coffee mug back towards end of May beginning of June of 2020. They said 1 was shipped via DHL and never got it that it was returned. Tried to reach the company...submitted email...waiting to here. I really want my shirts n the mug. I have a son with autism n want to show my support.

Took so long to get i for got i ordered it ....shirts real nice tho had to wash it dmelled like mothballs

I am giving this only 2 stars because of the length of time it has taken. First, I did receive this order yesterday, June 16, 2020, two months after being ordered. It is very nice and well made. Thank you. The history of this order, though, is horrible. It was ordered way back in April. On May 2 it was stated as shipped. No word after that, for weeks. After coming to the realization that we were being scammed, and was ready to contact our credit card company, it finally arrived on June 16. I did some checking and discovered that it actually was "shipped" on May 2 and USPS was notified, but it went to a Shipping Partner, Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes apparently had it all the way up to June 14, when it was finally turned over to USPS. USPS did it's job and had it to our door two days later, on June 16. Why did Pitney Bowes have it all that time? My advice to Silverytshirt is Pitney Bowes is not your partner if they are causing you to lose business. Deal with USPS directly. And if they are doing your printing for you, find another printer. They are hurting you, not helping you.

I ordered my t shirts on June 6th 2020. I received a text preparing to print . Nothing else. The order number is #RL-10629-02482. Today is June 15, 2020. Please let me know what is going on with my order. I will wait another week to see if I hear anything.

May 31st: I ordered from this company 15 days ago. I was immediately charged for my order, and given an order number. When I went back to check my order, it wouldn't accept the number I was given and I was asked for a number beginning in RL, which was not a number I was given. I have screenshots of every correspondence. Tried calling and an automatic service asked for a 10 digit number. The number I was given is 13 digits. I'm pretty sure that this is a scam and all the reviews are fake. I will update if anything changes. 6/9- update: after several failed attempts to reach the company by phone and email, I was finally able to get ahold of a customer service rep. Through a chat line. After being disconnected several times, I was told they could not find the order and would get back to me by email within 72 hours. I continued my search for anything about my order, and, after the chat, on 6/4 I believe, it was shipped out of China via Fed Ex! Never received an email from customer service rep. I received my quilt today, 6/9, and it is a good product, but I'm not sure I would have received anything had I not been so persistent. It was a very sketchy experience.

I ordered an autism t-shirt from this website 1st time I ordered it on the 30th of march it's now 9th of April and I still haven't received it hope its not a scam
