⭐ 1 Star This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have been fighting with SilverRock over a transmission issue with my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, and the way this claim has been handled has been beyond frustrating. I filed a BBB complaint regarding my claim, and SilverRock responded on August 19, 2026, stating that the November 2024 claim documentation did not indicate transmission failure or report concerns related to the transmission. I have the actual November 2024 documentation, and that statement is simply not accurate. The documentation specifically states: “On test drive felt like Transmission had a shudder. Recommend transmission fluid service with shudder guard.” This was documented while my Vehicle Service Contract was active. Yet SilverRock’s BBB response claims there were no transmission-related concerns reported in the claim documentation. How can a company say there were no transmission concerns when the actual documentation specifically references a transmission shudder and recommends transmission-related service? As someone who works in customer experience leadership, I understand the importance of listening to customers, reviewing factual information, and taking accountability when something goes wrong. I would be ashamed to work for a company that appears more focused on protecting its bottom line than taking the time to review the facts and do what is right for the customer. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in SilverRock. I should not have to fight this hard to get a proper review of a claim and the documentation surrounding it. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. I will never do business with SilverRock again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I sincerely hope others think twice before trusting SilverRock with their vehicle coverage.
