The shipping was fast and items were packaged securely. All the items looked great and there were no issues with anything. I will continue to work with Silver Palace and would definitely recommend them.

Delivery seemed a bit long but they were thoroughly organizing my order and even called me to say something wasn’t available in the size I needed…that was nice. Overall a very happy customer!

Very friendly web Page and excellent service from everybody there, for me is very helpfull being able to choose merch in advance, only sometimes the closeout prices are not updated, and also sometimes for a piece it requieres a size to choose but ot doesn't give you the option so it doesnt let you put it in your cart, those are the main issues and one last thing when the pictures don't show a model the size of the piece is very tricky could be very big or too small since I can't see the real size.
